What is Acne/Acne Scar?

Acne is not caused by poor skin hygiene.
It develops through a complex combination
of various factors.

At Heritique, we analyze the root causes
of acne and dedicatedly provide customized,
tailored treatments for each cause to correct
individual vulnerabilities and minimize recurrence.

By correcting internal imbalances,
the skin itself can restore its innate strength
to overcome and fight off acne.

redness, pigmentation,
loss of elasticity, and acne scars.

Types of Scar

Atrophic acne scars can actually be classified into four distinct types:
rolling, boxcar, and icepick (often sub-categorized with icepick/pitted variations) scars.

    Icepick

Acne scar treatments are performed by treating each scar individually,
depending on its shape, depth, and location.

Scars occur in the form of depressed hollows when skin tissue fails
to fully regenerate after being destroyed. Because scars have become
permanently fixed as damaged skin tissue,
they cannot be improved naturally or with topical products,
making external medical procedures absolutely necessary.

Scar Treatments

Point 01

Subcision (Dermal Subcutaneous Incision)

This treatment uses a specialized needle at the boundary between the dermis
and subcutaneous fat to sever the fibrotic scar tissue pulling the skin downward,
allowing the scar to lift and fill in.

Point 02

Fraxel

This procedure stimulates and regenerates the skin using two types of Fraxel lasers
to promote new skin growth. Utilizing both 1064nm and 2940nm wavelengths,
it can simultaneously address conditions in both the dermis and epidermis.

Point 03

Scar Filler / CROSS (Dot Peeling)

Scar fillers provide immediate results by naturally filling in atrophic and depressed areas.

CROSS (Dot Peeling) is a localized chemical peeling technique where a specialized solution
is applied into deep scars to stimulate fibroblasts, inducing collagen production in the dermal layer
and allowing new skin to fill in as the skin regenerates.
