Article 1 (Purpose) 


These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") are intended to stipulate all matters relating to the members of Gwanghwamun Heritage Dermatology Clinic. 


Article 2 (Definition of Terms) 

A "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to Gwanghwamun Heritage Dermatology Clinic (hereinafter "Clinic"), and who is eligible to 

continuously use the services provided by the Clinic. 


Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms) 

① The Clinic may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic 

Commerce, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, the Consumer Protection Act, and other relevant legislation. 

② When the Clinic amends the Terms, it shall specify the effective date and reason for the amendment, and post a notice on a prominent location on the Clinic's website no later than 7 days prior to 

the effective date and until the day before the effective date. 

③ The amended Terms notified in the manner described in the preceding paragraph shall also be effective for existing members. 

④ Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations or customary practices. 


Article 4 (Supplementary Rules and Jurisdiction) 

① Matters not explicitly stated in these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable domestic laws and regulations. 

② In the event of a dispute between a member and the Clinic, the civil district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Clinic's headquarters shall serve as the competent court. 


Article 5 (Membership Registration and Eligibility) 

① Membership is registered by completing the membership application form designated by the Clinic and submitting a membership application. 

② In any of the following cases, the Clinic may, at its discretion, deny membership registration or revoke membership eligibility: 


1. The application was submitted using another person's identity. 

2. Required information was falsely entered at the time of application.

3. The application was submitted with the intent to disturb public order or violate social norms. 

4. The member interferes with others' use of services, misappropriates their information, or otherwise threatens the order of electronic transactions. 


③ When the Clinic revokes a member's eligibility, it shall cancel the member's registration. In such cases, the Clinic shall notify the member and provide an opportunity to explain before the 

cancellation takes effect. 


Article 6 (Collection and Use of Personal Information) 

① The Clinic may collect various personal information from customers, and such information may be used to enable customers to efficiently use the services provided by the Clinic. 

② The Clinic shall not provide personal information obtained from customers to any third party without the customer's prior consent. 

However, the following cases shall be exceptions: 

1. When requested by a government agency pursuant to the Framework Act on Telecommunications and other relevant laws and regulations. 

2. When required for investigative purposes related to a crime, or when requested by the Information and Communications Ethics Committee. 

3. When using a member's information (name, address, phone number) for business-related contact purposes. 

4. When sharing certain information limited to matters related to banking operations. 

5. When the information is provided in a form that does not identify a specific customer, for purposes such as statistical compilation, promotional materials, academic research, or market 

surveys. 

 

Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal) 

① A member may request withdrawal from the Clinic at any time, and the Clinic shall process the withdrawal immediately. 

② If the expiration date of a service that the member is currently using through the Clinic has not yet passed, the Clinic shall not process the withdrawal. 

 

Article 8 (Notification to Members) 

① When the Clinic notifies a member, it may do so via the email address submitted by the member to the Clinic. 

② For notifications directed at an unspecified number of members, the Clinic may substitute individual notifications by posting a notice on the Clinic's bulletin board for a period of one week or more. 

 

Article 9 (Obligations of the Clinic) 

① The Clinic shall make every effort to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with these Terms. 

② The Clinic shall always implement administrative and technical security measures to protect personal information, including the information of registered members, and shall make every effort to 

ensure information security. 

③ If the Clinic deems a complaint or issue raised by a customer to be legitimate, it shall give priority to resolving the issue immediately. However, if prompt resolution is not feasible, the Clinic shall 

immediately notify the customer of the reason and the expected resolution schedule. 

④The Clinic shall actively cooperate with requests for data and other materials necessary for consumer protection activities carried out by consumer protection organizations and public institutions. 

 

Article 10 (Obligations of Members) 

① Members bear full responsibility for managing their ID and password. 

② Members shall not allow any third party to learn their ID or password. 

③ Members shall comply with these Terms and the provisions set forth in applicable laws and regulations. 

④ Membership privileges shall be revoked in any of the following cases: 

1. Conduct that is objectively deemed to be connected to criminal activity. 

2. Any other conduct that violates applicable laws and regulations.
